10-12 and 18 Romsey Road were purchased in early 2016. 

The properties were then subsequently “flipped on” and sold to Eastleigh Borough Council with planning in July 2017 with a view to transforming both sites into a 49 one and two bed unit redevelopment in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
