Help to Buy
ALL Ocea schemes offer Help to Buy (HTB).
Between 50% to 80% of Ocea’s buyers use this scheme to facilitate their purchase. This provides the following advantages;
More buyers are able to afford to buy their first home.
Buyers relying on the HTB equity loan can only buy in new build
schemes.
We thereby secure a significant advantage over the ‘second hand’ market where HTB is not available, or sites where the developer is not registered for HTB.
